i'm trying to convert scientific notation to standard form.my problem was 5.94x10 to the 7th power.i answered 59,400,000.another was 1.2x10 to the 2nd power and i got 120,000.i just want to check this.it's due tommorow and i have a test next week!PLEASE HELP!!!!!

However, the second problem listed above is incorrect. To get the standard notation of 1.2 x 102, you simply need to move the decimal point two places to the right (since the exponent of 10 is a positive number. If it was a negative exponent, you'd move it to the left). So,

1.2 x 102 = 120
