∙ 13y agoA pentagon has five sides. If each side is x + 4, then multiply that by 5 to get the perimeter, which is the length of all the sides put together. 5(x+4) Distributive property: 5x + 20 Answer: 5x+ 20
2(3x + 25) 6x + 50
A pentagon has 5 interior angles that add up to 540 degrees.
It's more of an arithmetic expression, however, 2x0 + 3x0 = y would be algebraic.
Is 9x plus 5=32 AN EXPRESSION

Is 9x plus 5=32 AN EXPRESSION
It is a numerical expression.
A pentagon has 5 interior angles that add up to 540 degrees.
Type your answer here... yes -improved If you were to take the cube and cut off one of the corners you would create a polygon with 5 faces(pentagon) plus a top and bottom = 7 sides. As long as the cut does not go through the center of the cube which would result in a pyramid structure with only 5 sides.
There is no specific name for "12 or more" sides. A 12 sided plane figure is a dodecagon. More generally, a plane figure bounded by 3 or more sides is a polygon.
Many options: any regular polygon with 6 or more sides, plus selected irregular polygons with five or more sides.
