Burakhovich absolute time: since time is relative where on Earth time goes slower than in space since gravitational field slows time down, i guess we could designate absolute time as time at the center of mass of the heaviest object in the Universe that's not a black hole or where the difference in mass between that object and the litest black hole in terms of mass in the Universe is infinitesimal.

Boltzmanns constant
no the spring constant is not constant on moon because there is no restoring force there
No, the gas constant, or any constant, is constant meaning it doesn't change.
"What are length constant and wedge constant in newton's laws of motion?"
The rate constant for the formation of ethylene oxide can vary depending on the reaction conditions, such as temperature, pressure, and catalyst used. It is typically determined experimentally through kinetic studies for the specific reaction being studied.
The conditional constant= 1.8*1010
Threshold frequency is the minimum frequency of light required to eject an electron from a metal surface, while work function is the minimum energy required to remove an electron from the metal. The threshold frequency is directly related to the work function by the equation E = hf, where E is the energy required, h is Planck's constant, and f is the frequency of the incident light.
work function = planck's constant x threshold frequency w=h(ft) it also equals the energy(eV) Planck's constant(h) = 6.626 x 10-34
The formation constant for dithiosulfato argentate, [Ag(S2O3)2]3-, is approximately 1.04 x 10^21. This complex is formed between silver ions and dithiosulfate ligands, resulting in a stable coordination compound.
The earth's gravitational constant was created about 4.5 billion years ago, with the formation of the planet within the Solar System.
Chronic apical pulmonary fibrosis refers to scarring or fibrosis that occurs in the upper parts of the lungs, usually concentrated at the apices. This condition may be associated with conditions like tuberculosis, asbestos exposure, or certain autoimmune diseases. Symptoms can include cough, shortness of breath, and chest pain.
The threshold frequency is the minimum frequency of light required to eject electrons from a metal surface (photoelectric effect). The work function is the minimum energy needed to remove an electron from the metal surface. The threshold frequency is directly related to the work function through the equation E = hf, where E is the energy, h is Planck's constant, and f is the frequency.
The equilibrium constant Kc for the formation of FeSCN2+ is around 685 M^-1.
The magnitude of the equilibrium constant indicates the position of equilibrium for a reaction. A larger equilibrium constant suggests that the reaction favors the formation of products, while a smaller equilibrium constant indicates that the reaction favors the formation of reactants. The magnitude can therefore give insight into how much product is formed at equilibrium compared to reactants.
The equilibrium constant, denoted as K, is a measure of the extent of a chemical reaction at equilibrium. It is the ratio of the concentrations of products to reactants at equilibrium, each raised to the power of their respective stoichiometric coefficients. A large value of K indicates the reaction favors the formation of products, while a small value indicates the reaction favors the formation of reactants.
The schwarzschild radius of the Earth is about 8.7 x 10 to the negative 3m. The schwarzschild radius is the radis of a sphere that is around a non-rotating blackhole. You find the Rs, or radis, by multiplying the gravitational constant(G), the mass(M), and two. You divide this by the speed of light(c) squared.
