That depends on how much difference you consider to be "much" difference.
Some people would say that 20,000 to 1 is a big difference, and others
wouldn't give it a second glance.

So the answer to your question is "yes and no". It's a terribly unsatisfying answer,
but it's the only literally and perfectly true answer.

And that's exactly the beauty of mathematics: When you learn the methods and processes of math,
and use them, then everybody speaks the same language, the questions mean the same to everyone,
and the answer means the same thing to everyone. You never deal with a situation where different people
get different answers, or read the answer in different ways. It's never a matter of opinion.
