Your question doesn't really make much sense.. but if you mean't "Kathy wanted to arrange some cards in pairs but was one card short. She tried to arrange by fives and was still one card short. She finally arranged the cards by sevens. What is the least number of cards you can have?" This is the answer. List the multiples of 7. 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49... The answer has to be odd because she tried to arrange in PAIRS but was ONE short. (It is always 1 higher then a multiple of two so that makes it odd). Knock off all even numbers. Remaining list of multiples of 7. 7, 21, 35, 49... The answer has to end with 4 or 9 because she tried to arrange the cards in fives but was one short. eg. 4, 9, 14, 19, 24, 29, 34, 39...(it is always 1 lower then a multiple of five). Knock of numbers that don't end with 4 or 9. Remaining list of multiples of 7. 49. The answer is 49. It is the least number of cards she could possibly have. I hope I didn't answer too late. :D Good Luck. - gigaturtle
That would depend on how many cards you drew and whether you re-inserted the cards drew back into the deck before re-drawing. I'll list a few examples. Say you drew: - 4 cards without re-inserting the cards you drew earlier back into the deck The probability of drawing 4 hearts would thus be: 13/52 * 12/51 * 11/50 * 10/49 = 0.00264 or 0.264%. - 4 cards but this time you re-insert the cards you drew earlier back into the deck The probability of drawing 4 hearts would thus be: 13/52 * 13/52 * 13/52 * 13/52 = (13/52)^4 = 0.00391 or 0.391%
There is no way without playing silly games. Each of the numbers in the list is odd. The sum of five odd numbers must be odd and therefore, cannot be 50. There is no way without playing silly games. The Mean, Median, and Mode are mathematical terms referring to data that can be found from statistics.Example:If you had a graph displaying the number of goals that a soccer team scored in all their games for the season, you would be able to find these things:Mean: The average of goals scored per game. (Add up all the scores and then divide them by the number of games played)Median: The middle number. If you had a score list of 2,4,7,8, and 16, '7' would be the median because it is right in the middle.Mode: The number that occurs the most. If you had a score list of 5,6,3,2,3,5,7,3,3, and 4, '3' would be the modebecause it occurs the most.

A standard Bag-O-Loot deck has 85 cards. Five each of the numbered coin cards (1-16) and five looter cards. The deck also comes with one blank coin card that can be written on to replace a lost card. The first printing of the deck in 2010 also included four 'reminder' cards which had a brief list of some of the rules. Only 5,000 decks were printed with these reminder cards included.
