I am not full sure, its more about how you train. If you train well then you will do good, just keep training. I am a 12 yr old girl. I can run 1 mile in about 5-6 minutes. The average 13 yr old boy runner is probably takes 6-7 minutes for 1 mile, The average 13 yr old boy takes about 8-12 minutes to run a mile. If you are in high school you have to run a 5K! That is 3 miles. I only have to run a 2 mile race because I am in 6th grade. The time I take for that is about 11 minutes!
