From first equation y = 3x + 5. Substitute this in second equation 2(3x + 5) = 6x + 10
This proves that 6x + 10 = 6x + 10 which is not helpful!
I suppose possible solutions would be x = 0, y = 5 or x = 1, y = 8 etc etc
Are you sure of your two equations, please?
The equation is -2y + 16 = 10
(2, -1)
(4, -1)
2y+5y=10 7y=10 y=10/7
parallel
(12, 1)
x = -8, y = 10
10-y=2y+3 10-3=2y+y 7=3y 7/3=y
10-2y
4x+2y = 20 2y = -4x+20 y = -2x+10
3x+2y-5=0 3x+2y=5 Im lost im only 12 work out the rest hope i helped
This means that 2y - 3 = 2y + 4 which is not possible.
