Get a good night sleep the night before and eat a healthy breakfast in the morning.
I sleep every night, so every one of the 52 weeks!
If it continues night after night and you are a normal person, it can lead to symptoms like paranoia. If it happens for just a few nights and you are an adult, it usually causes no damage. Some solders have done it for years as part of their training. Some did it during warfare. Long term sleep depravation has also been studied. Those studies are also available. Differerent people have different sleep requirements. So it may have no effect on some. This is not an illness. There is no 'normal'
That question can't be answered, because "seconds" and "meters" are completely different units, used to measure completely different quantities, with completely different physical dimensions. Neither one can be converted to the other one. A moment's thought will remind you that nobody has ever asked how many meters of sleep you got last night, nor would you be able to answer the question if anyone did.
FAR TOO MANY! Also known as 13.Why the heck would you want 13 hours of sleep? I don't know.=============================================You say that you "wound up" your clock. I have never seen a wind up clock that differentiates between 9 in the morning and 9 at night. In all likelihood, your clock will go off in one hour and you will get one hour of sleep.
Have a good nights sleep.
I personally sleep in a bed most nights. Some nights I sleep on a couch, some nights in a sleeping bag, some nights on the floor and some nights in a car. It all depends on the events of the preceding day.

Children should get at least 8-10 hours of sleep each night, but, on average, children normally get about 9 hours of sleep on school nights.

Apparently, too much sleep is just bad for your body as not enough sleep. You'll notive that if you over-sleep you wake up feeling groggy and unenergized. 8 hours of sleep is considered healthy for most adults. Your body can't "catch up" on sleep, so sleeping for 12 hours one night because you only got 4 hours of sleep the night before won't work. You'll have lost out on two nights of healthy sleep because you under-slept one night and over-slept the other!

One animal that can stay awake for seven nights is a dolphin. Dolphins can actually stay awake for two weeks before needing sleep.
