To select any numerals from 100 to 1000 simply write them out in descending order as for example 999 = CMXCIX
Note that the ancient Romans probably notated them quite differently than as we do today.
As in Roman numerals: 100 = C and 1000 = M
In Roman numerals C = 100 and M = 1000. CM means 100 before 1000, which is 900.
50-l 100-c 500-d 1000-m (the letters are capitalized in Roman Numerals)
It is: CMXXIII = -100+1000+23 = 923
In Roman numerals M = 1000 and C = 100. CM = 100 before 1000, which is 900. So, MCM = 1000 + 900 = 1900

12750 in roman numerals would be (XII)DCCL which is 12 x 1000 + 500 + 100 + 100 + 50.
The Roman Numeral for 2,803 is: MMDCCCIII.That Translate too:MM = 1000 + 1000D = 500CCC = 100 + 100 + 100III = 1 + 1 + 1MMDCCCIII = 1000 + 1000 + 500 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 1 + 1 +1 = 2,803.
MCCC (1000+100+100+100 = 1300)
MCMLXXIII = 1000 + (1000 - 100) + 50 + 10 + 10 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 1973.
This is not a roman numeral.
CMXCIX Which is made up from M = 1000 C = 100 X = 10 I = 1 900 in roman numerals is CM - 100 before 1000 90 in roman numerals is XC - 10 before 100 9 in roman numerals is IX - 1 before 10
