They are as follows in the modern day usage of Roman numerals:-

Units: I II III IV V VI VII VIII IX

Tens: X XX XXX XL L LX LXX LXXX XC

Hundreds: C CC CCC CD D DC DCC DCCC CM

Thousand: M

To select any numerals from 100 to 1000 simply write them out in descending order as for example 999 = CMXCIX

Note that the ancient Romans probably notated them quite differently than as we do today.
