Divine religion in the question is based on a definition of divinity. The commonality of rights can be expressed in the perceived hierarchy of that divinity's attributes whether or not it is polytheistic of mono-theistic. In revealing the nature of the deity commonality and conflict emerge. Establishing the criteria of commonality must be universal in application and function to establish the attributes of the deity in the processes expressed. As a Christian I have discovered no conflict of the mandates delivered through Christ and have corrolated them to the exhibition of them in Hebrew [1st. covenant] scriptures. Expressing favoritism in application is anathema to the Christ doctrine of the offer of salvation. The reward system for them who have received the confirmation of salvation is the doctrines of freedom from the oppression of inequity and selfish indulgences. For the pre-Christian the offer defines forgiveness and hope. so the two agendas of God in Jesus have to phase application. This does not prevent God from being gracious in kindness toward unbelief. That is the measure of Love of which he is the expression of it. So If commonality is based of the Character of Love than

Love is the universal commonality. No other religions claim this essential attribute so they are not divine!
