There are three types of triangles based on the length of the sides.

They are-

1.Equilateral Triangle - A triangle with all sides equal and all angles equal i.e. all

the angles measure 600 .

2.Isosceles Triangle - A triangle with any two sides of equal length.

3.scalene Triangle - A triangle whose sades are of unequal length.

based on the measure of angles there are three types of triangles.

They are-

1. Acute Triangle - A triangles whose all angles are acute i.e. measuring less

than 900 .

2. Right Triangle - A triangle with any angle a right angle i.e. measuring exactly

900 .

3. Obtuse Triangle - A triangle with any angle being an obtuse angle i.e.
