The pros would be you get 4 days off and an extra break during your shift(s). The cons would be that you have to work at least 13+ hour days. There isn't necessarily anything wrong with it people do it all the time but you can burn yourself out in the 3 days. If you can do it, and your not over doing it or pushing yourself too hard and have an option it isn't such a bad gig.
