keep palms flat, keep arms at a 90 degree angle and swing forwards and backwards not side to side while moving at the same speed as your legs, run on toes not flat footed, dont go fall out at once for atleast 10 steps than go as fast as possible not slowing down at finish but past. an remember to breath. i hope this helps but not to much that in the future you are a threat to me.
