Many things in the real world are not gravity. Japan, for example is not gravity. It is a country. Baby foxes, while very cute, are also not gravity, because they are animals. One other example of not gravity is Pizza. Pizza is delicious, but it is not gravity. (Note that all of these things are affected by gravity, but they are not actually gravity itself.)

There are no examples of 'not gravity' the way you mean it, because you can never escape gravity. There's no place you can go where gravity doesn't exist, and nothing you can use to insulate yourself from it.

You can generate forces that oppose, cancel, and even exceed gravity. For example, you do that every time you use your leg muscles to walk up some stairs, and every time you use the engine in your car to drive up a hill. But you're only using energy from somewhere else to overpower gravity. You're not eliminating it.
