2, because 6 X 1/3 would be 6/3. If you simplified, it comes out to be 2/1, which is 2.
That could be a trick question. There is one integer that comes between 4 and 6, which of course is 5. There are also infinitely many fractions, such as 4.2, 4.25, and so forth.
The midpoint between -2 and 6 is 2. 2 is 4 units away from both 6 and -2.
6 6 2 2 4
Midpoint = (6+16)/2 and (6-6)/2 = (11, 0)
-6, and then 13.
5/6
Well, darling, after 2/3 comes 3/3, which is the same as 1 whole. So, if you're counting in fractions, it goes 1/3, 2/3, 3/3, and then you're back to square one with a full pie. Hope that clears things up for you!
