the day has to be a sunday
A month, a week or a day
To count weekends in a month, identify the total number of days in that month and then determine the day of the week on which the month begins. Typically, weekends consist of Saturdays and Sundays, so you can count each Saturday and Sunday from the start to the end of the month. You can also use a calendar to visually mark and tally these days, ensuring you account for any partial weekends at the beginning or end of the month.
If the first and last day of a month fall on the same day of the week, that month has exactly 29 days, meaning it is February in a leap year. In other months, the first and last days can only align on the same day of the week if the month has either 28 or 30 days. However, only February with 29 days allows this alignment to occur.

In order for a month to have it's thirteenth (13th) day land on a Friday the month most start on a SUNDAY.
A month can begin on any day of the week. In any year a month will start on all 7 days of the week at least once. For example, in 2016 the months that start on each day are: Sunday: May Monday: February, August Tuesday: March, November Wednesday: June Thursday: September, December Friday: January, April, July Saturday: October
Every week of every month begins with Sunday.
August starts on the 1st day of the month. In 2023, August 1 falls on a Tuesday. Each year, August consistently begins on the same day of the week, advancing by one day each leap year.
The first of the month can fall on any day of the week.
The 31st of July is the last day of the month of July. The specific day of the week will vary each year.
To answer what day of the week a specific date was on requires the complete date including day of the month, month, and year.
The list are reset at the start of the month.
November 2011... first day of the month on the third day of the week, and the last day of the month on the fourth day of the week.
February has four days for each day of the week in years where it has 29 days, specifically in leap years. This occurs because February will have four occurrences of each day of the week (Monday through Sunday) when the month starts on a Sunday or a Monday. In non-leap years, February only has 28 days, so it cannot have four occurrences of each day of the week.
