What do you do if you need help with your homework?

You ask someone to explain it to you - not to do it for you. If someone else does the work for you then you'll be OK for that time but you will be stuck the next time, and the next, and ... .

You need to find someone who knows the subject, someone who can work with you and you are comfortable with. That someone must be able to communicate with you. And then, you have to trust that person to know what they are talking about, but if you don't understand what hey are telling you then ask - until it is clear.
