Both have their advantages and disadvantages.
An old teacher has many years of experience but may have become bogged down in their teaching style. In more dynamic subjects, they may not be entirely up-to-date. A new teacher (I assume you don't mean a tracher - whatever that might be!) may bring more up-to-date knowledge and ideas, but will not have the depth of experience.
Honestly, the differences differ. A young teacher generally has less experience, but that does not mean they are better or worse than an older teacher. Wisdom seems to come with age, however, youth is not always unwise. It also depends on who they are as a person and what they've come because of their experiences and environment. Let me beg a question to answer yours: Who would you prefer teaching you, Joseph Stalin in his late 50's or Gandhi in his early twenties?

Some people prefer the old ones but the new metal fusion have more power. I've seen a vid of an old bey vs a new metal one and the metal won.
