I think it means "defender." Sorry. I don't have a reference.
No, but sometimes "average" means "mean" - when it doesn't mean median, geometric mean, or something else entirely.

There is no statistical term such as "deviation mean".
No, the geometric mean is not the same as the mean of two numbers.

whne elaine see lysandra with brett dancing
Well, she was shy but secretly brilliant.
Lysandra is viewed as strange by her classmates. But then in 7th grade, an opprotunity to change arises in form of a poetry contest. Both she and her best friend enter, and while she writes about life, her best friend writes what she knows will please the judges. When her best friend (Elaine) wins, Lysandra is crushed. She stops speaking to Elaine, and she stops writing. Four years later, Elaine barely notices Lysandra. She had moved on, but Lysandra hadn't. Elaine was infatuated by a guy, his name was Brett. (He was a bit of a player...) She went out with him for a while. There was a dance, and Brett asked her to go with him. She had to work until 9:00 the night of the dance, so she told him she'd meet him there. But when she got there, she saw Brett and Lysandra dancing a slow dance together. Her heart was broken. When Brett and Lysandra stopped dancing, he at least had the decency to go find Elaine and dance with her for the remainder of the evening, but something had changed, and they both knew it. The next day, Brett broke up with her, without giving a reason. He followed Lysandra around all spring, until the day after the formal graduation dance, when she told him she was tired of him and they broke up. Lysandra knew that she had been successful with her revenge, and she began to write again. And Brett? He moved away in the fall of that year, because his dad didn't like the climate or something. Twenty years later, there was a class reunion. Brett came back for it. He was stout, balding, and married. Lysandra didn't attend. Lysandra's dream of being a writer did come true, and she published 7 volumes and won 2 national awards. But her writing showed that she had not yet let go of the past. She wrote dark, bitter poetry that left the mind reeling with the blackness of the images it portrayed.
The cast of Her Hands - 2011 includes: Lysandra Ferrer
Yeah, she liked writing. It let her escape from the world for a time and pour out the person she really was...
From First person,. Because the first sentence it says, ' When I was a little ... ' which indicates that it is first person.
