In an Iveco Daily van, a red light in the shape of a circle with an exclamation mark typically indicates a critical warning related to the vehicle's braking system or other vital functions. It often signifies that there is a serious issue that requires immediate attention, such as low brake fluid levels or a malfunction in the braking system. It's essential to stop the vehicle safely and investigate the warning, as driving with this alert could compromise safety. Always consult the owner's manual for specific guidance related to your vehicle model.
It means check your brake pads

That's because light has a wavelength that is fairly small compared to items we can see - the wavelength of visible light is a bit less than a micron (1/1000 millimeter).
It most likely is low on brake fluid or the pads have been worn down a bit. Now the brakes will need to have fluid resovoir topped up. After that if the brake fluid continues to drop (a sign of this is an oily residue coming out the back wheels) then a rear wheel cylinder is needed. It should not cost much.
