the assembly of tribes, the senate and assembly of centuries
Voting was carried out in the assembly of the tribes and the assembly of the centuries (this was an assembly of the soldiers and was organised in centuries, the units of the army). For both assemblies, each tribe and each century voted one at a time and one after the other. The vote of each tribe and each century counted for one vote. When a majority of votes of tribes or centuries was reached, voting stopped. In the assembly of the centuries, this favoured the richer, as they had more centuries that the poorer, and they voted first. Before voting, there was a 'conventio', which was a public debate on the matte to be voted.
The Centuriate Assembly was principally concerned with peace and war - they assembled in the Field of Mars to vote in their military centuries. This was an early concession to the people by the aristocracy - the people were not about to fight for causes they did not approve of.
what do you mean by data assembly?
the Assembly of Centuries, if im wrong then sorry.
The Assembly of the Centuries (comitia centuriata) was made up of patricians, equites and plebeians. It was the Assembly of the Soldiers. All soldiers voted in this assembly. It was named after the century (centuria) which was the basic unit of the Roman army, similar to a company. The soldiers were plebeians. The officers mostly were patricians. The cavalry was made up of the equites (cavalrymen) who were the second highest social rank in Roman society.
The political machinery evolved over centuries. There was a Senate of men with high property rating. There were popular assemblies - Tribal Assembly (voting by tribes), Centuriate Assembly (warriors under arms in their centuries), and Plebeian Assembly (citizens, with Patricians excluded). These all held various powers which were modified over time.
I am not sure what you want to know. I am not sure what an assembly bill is. If you mean a bill before an assembly, obviously the members of the assembly vote.
Shakespeare cannot be mean - he has been dead for centuries.
Assemblies in Rome existed for over four centuries before Caesar. If the ruling class wanted the people to turn out to war, they had to give them a say on whether there should be a war, hence the Centuriate Assembly of the citizens under arms in their centuries. To gain cooperation on non-military matters, there had to be a General Assembly of all the citizens. Then the plebeians threatened the Patricians with secession and got their own Assembly of the Plebs. So there were three assemblies correct out of your list.
