you can have a question marked followed by an exclamation point.
You can do this when you are shouting your question.
It is the center of the circle
The point from which the circle is drawn IS the center.
A circle has a round shape in which every point on the circle is the same distance from one point called "the center". The center of a circle is not on the circle.
The red exclamation point in a circle is the parking brake indicator.
I believe this is a warning for the brake pads.
According to my 2000 Sienna manual, an exclamation point in a circle with 2 parens on either side is a brake system warning light. Might want to get your brake system looked at.

Brake warning light (Canadian) in US there is supposed to be "BRAKE" overlaid on the international symbol. Looks like a brake drum with shoes.

It means warning. Check your owners manual first. Usually its Brakes or Brake fluid.
Low tires.
It definately means you have bulb out...this just happened to me and my turn signal/brake light is out.
In the Chevy Aveo, the exclamation point warning light in a circle, means that the air pressure is low in one or more of the tires. This is per the owners manual.
Its the parking brake light.
