Say a number is 156400000 you need to make a new number that is under 10 and over 1 out of the numbers so 1.564 then count the numbers after the decimal and do 1.564x10to the 8th power and if the original number is under 1 say the number is .5428 the new number still has to be under 10 and over 1 and the new number is 5.428 and you need the AWNSER to that is 5.428x10 to the -1 power
