Some of the 2 dimensional square shapes are:A square shaped stampA square shaped stickerA square on a piece of paper that you drewA square shaped picture on the T.V
paper or cardboard or tissue :)
No. The square is all on one flat surface, like a piece of paper, but a cube has height off of the paper. When you set the cube down on the piece of paper, the place where it touches the paper is a square, but there's a lot more to it than that.
An easy example to aquire would be the corner of a sheet of notebook paper or computer paper. 99% of the time, the corners will be perfect right angles.
Paper is weighed in GSM (grams per square meter)
Easy, go in a square spiral.
you take a peice of paper and fold one of the corners to the edge. there should be extra at the top of the paper. there, you take siccors and cut that piece off. now that you have a dimond shaped paper. you fold all of the corners into the middle. flip the piece of paper over and fold the corners again. then ther should be flaps underneath it. stick your fingers in there and theres your futune teller you fold a peice of paper into a square then cut off the extra slip of paper at the top. then fold all corners into the middle, then turn over then fold all corners into the middle as you did on the other side. then fold in half. then fold in half again. then poke your fingers through the corners. WALAH you have a furtune teller!! THIS IS BY HAILEY TROYER
First squash the hat down so its a square. Then fold up the two bottom corners of the square. Then pop the square out like you did to make the hat. Grip the two corners at the top and pull it out. You will have a triangle in the boat and the boat is the shape of a Rombus (is that right? Is it a trapezoid?) ?

1. You need a piece of paper (construction paper works best) that is an exact square. 2. Fold all the corners of the paper in so that they are touching. 3. Then do the same thing except this time fold the corners outward 4. Then fold it in half 5. Stick both thumbs and first fingers into the slots at the bottom of the folded paper 6. Then outstretch your fingers and you have a fortune teller
First, make your piece of paper perfectly square. The paper needs to be at least 8"x8". To find the center of the paper, crease the paper diagonally in each direction. After you do that, fold all the corners into the center of the paper. This will give you a piece of paper about 6x6. Now turn it over with the triangles to the opposite side and fold the corners into the center again. Now crease the paper from the center to the edges, and stand the fortune teller up. You also crease the "pockets" so that you can easily move the pockest back and forth. try to type in ''how do i make a fortune teller- it gives you steps.
paper and string
The square root of the area of the paper.
To build a paper structure that holds weight, start by folding the paper into a sturdy shape like a triangle or square, as these shapes distribute weight well. Make sure to reinforce corners and joints with additional layers of paper or glue for added strength. Consider using thicker or multiple layers of paper for increased durability.
This is an extremely advanced project. Seasoned folders may be able to discern the pattern from these rough step images taken from Sipho Mabona's pattern presented in 2008: http://flickr.com/photos/sipmab/2343737407/in/photostream/
Waxed paper can typically hold up to about 15 grams of weight, but this may vary depending on the quality and thickness of the paper. It is not designed to hold heavy items for an extended period of time.
