A prism is anything geometric figure with three dimensions. There is no regular "prism", unfortunatly. A prism needs something to describe it. A sphere, a rectangular prism, a cube, etc...
An 11-sided figure, known as a hendecagon or undecagon, is a polygon with 11 straight edges and 11 vertices. If regular, all sides and angles are equal, creating a symmetrical shape. Its appearance resembles that of a star or a complex geometric figure, depending on how it is drawn, but fundamentally, it maintains a distinct 11-sided outline.

An oxagon is not a geometric shape and so does not look like anything.

There are no regular geometric figures with 9 edges and 10 faces.. I'm not even entirely sure there is an irregular geometric figure that would allow for such a combination- edge count and face count are usually identical... Maybe if you were describing some sort of conic section but I can't figure out what that might look like.
