Mode is the most common number in a sequence.

For example: 3, 4, 6, 6, 6, 7, 8. The mode in this sequence is 6 as it appears the most times.

Mean is the average of a set of numbers. You work out the average by finding the sum* of all the numbers, then dividing it by how ever many numbers there are.

For example: 2, 2, 3, 3, 10. If you find the sum of these numbers you get 20. Then if you divide 20 by the amount of numbers in that sequence ( in this case 5) you get 4. 4 is the mean.

Median is the middle number in a set if they are all in the correct order.

For example: 5,3, 7,1,2. The median would be 7 but its not as they are NOT in order. The proper answer is 3 because when ordered correctly they form 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 the middle number is 3.
