The small raised number 4 at the end of a passage typically indicates a footnote or endnote. It refers the reader to additional information, clarification, or a source related to the text, which can usually be found at the bottom of the page (footnote) or at the end of the document (endnote). This practice helps provide context or citations without interrupting the flow of the main content.
10 raised to the power of -3, written as (10^{-3}), means the reciprocal of 10 raised to the power of 3. This can be expressed as (1 / 10^3), which equals (1 / 1000) or 0.001. Essentially, it represents a very small number, specifically one-thousandth.
If you mean the small number, it is a power.
If you mean 200, that is equal to 1. Any other number raised to the power zero is also 1. 00, however, is not defined.
That's the power to which a base must be raised to produce a given number - see the related link below:
it means that you have to solve the exponents first and then do the rest. it follows a rule called PEMDAS:ParenthesisExponentMultiplicationDivisionAdditionSubtraction
It is simply stating the power to raise your integer to. When there is no number shown it is implied that a 2 is there. Be sure to use the form 1/x where x is your "small number". So if i have a 3 as the small number, your integer would be raised to the 1/3 power or the cube root.

it can either mean the number e raised as an exponent or it can mean just simply and exponent.
I think you mean the symbol for the power to which a number is raised. The two is called "squared"- that is when a number is multiplied times itself- 3 squared is 9. You will also see the small 3- "Cubed"- number times itself, times itself. 3 cubed is 27- 3x3x3.
If you mean can they be bred - then yes ! I've successfully bred them for a number of years.
0.0000000000000000000000000000000000001 is a very small decimal number. ^^
A small number of something
By 'a power' I would understand you to mean a number raised to a power, such as 43. You can then refer to this as 'four to the power of three'
This is the number of atoms of a given element.
If you mean the small number, it is a power.
If a number is raised to the fourth power, it is multiplied by itself four times. For example, 24 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 = 16.
