In mathematics, "with replacement" refers to a sampling method in which each item selected from a set is returned to the set before the next selection occurs. This means that each choice is independent, and the total number of possibilities remains constant throughout the sampling process. For example, if drawing a card from a deck with replacement, the same card can be drawn multiple times. This concept is commonly used in probability and statistics to analyze outcomes and events.

What does > mean?
NO!!! At best RATIO can mean unequal sharing. e.g. 1:3 mean one part receives '1' item , whilst the other part received '3' items. Ratios are often delineated by a colon, e.g a:b :: c:d The double colon is comparing the two ratios.
The word "mean" in math means the same thing as average. Mean is just a nickname for average.
