Any non-square rhombus. From Wikipedia:

Every rhombus is a parallelogram, and a rhombus with right angles is a square. (Euclid's original definition and some English dictionaries' definition of rhombus excludes squares, but modern mathematicians prefer the inclusive definition.)

(And as long as you're just talking about the length of those sides -- which is the only sensible interpretation of the question -- it's clearer to call them "equal" than "congruent".)

Yes. The basic definition for a rectangle is 4 sides, four right angles(perpendicular), and opposite sides are congruent.

What is the characteristics of a rhombus?

-- four equal sides -- opposite sides are parallel -- opposite angles are congruent -- diagonals are perpendicular

Does polygons with congruent sides have perpendicular angles?

no, they have congruent angles

Which quadrilaterals have all sides congruent and no sides perpendicular?

A rhombus has all sides congruent with no sides *necessarily* perpendicular. Normally a square is considered a kind of rhombus. So the answer would be "non-square rhombus."

How much congruent sides does a square have?

It has four congruent sides.

What is a Parallelogram with all congruent sides and perpendicular bisectors?

What has four congruent sides and four congruent angles?

Are angles and sides of a parallelogram congruent?

In all parallelograms, opposite angles and opposite sides are congruent. If all four sides are congruent, it's a rhombus. If all four angles are congruent, it's a rectangle. If all four sides and all four angles are congruent, it's a square.

What shape has diagonals that are perpendicular?

The diagonals of a rhombus are perpendicular. A rhombus is a special kind of parallelogram. It has the characteristics of a parallelogram (both pairs of opposite sides parallel, opposite sides are congruent, opposite angles are congruent, diagonals bisect each other.) It also has special characteristics. It has four congruent sides. So it looks like a lopsided or squished square. Its diagonals are perpendicular. Another property: each diagonal bisects two angles of the rhombus.

What is a four-sided polygon with four congruent sides?
