Feedback from an instructor will teach a student what they need to improve upon. It will show them where they have done well in a class and what they need to work harder on. It may show them areas where they need some extra help if they have done poorly in some areas of the class.
The 360-degree feedback survey, also known as multi-rater feedback, multi source feedback, and multi source assessment was first introduced during World War II. This assessment was used by the German Military to evaluate the performance during the war.

When was the last time that you sent in late work? Did your instructor accept it? These are two questions to help you reflect on whether you should submit late work in your class. There are three ways to handle late work, which are the following:1.Notifying the instructor– Most instructors will work with you if you let them know in advance that you will be submitting work late. At that time, it is also important to set a timeline of when these items will be turned in. For example, if there is an assignment deadline set, it is very important to try to reach out to the instructor at least three to four business days prior to the assignment deadline. That way, the instructor can see that there is a legitimate reason other than waiting to the last minute to turn in your work. Nevertheless, depending on the circumstance, the instructor will work within reason with you.2.Writing an Apology–By writing an apology, you are letting your instructor know that you are cognizant of the class requirements but am going through a specific situation in your life that has impacted your personal situation. This option is available if you do not have a legitimate reason for submitting your work late. This may sound cheesy, but has a positive effect when submitting late work.3.Submitting Documentation:Even if there is an assignment deadline, individuals can usually work out an alternative solution with their instructor by submitting appropriate documentation. For example, individuals who may be sick or had a sick family member which required a trip to the hospital or doctor’s office can submit a doctor’s excuse. Often times, the instructor will request that the medical documentation be submitted either via fax or scanned and sent via email. Either way, the documentation will be acceptable.Life happens to us all, but it is very important to have a plan in place to ensure that you are taking full responsibility for your own choices, which also extends to the classroom. By using one of these approaches, you will be able to work out a positive resolution with your instructors during a personal emergency.
If you are 38, you were born in 1972, provided that you were born during the first half of January. If you were born later in the year than the first half of Januray, then you would have had to be born in 1971 to be 38 today, on Janurary 15, 2010 (as I type).
constructive feedback
During the training process, there are typically two main types of feedback: formative feedback, which is given during the training to monitor progress and provide guidance for improvement, and summative feedback, which is provided at the end of the training to evaluate performance and provide a final assessment. Both types of feedback are important for effective learning and development.
Formative feedback is input provided during the learning process to help individuals improve their performance and understanding. It is intended to guide learners on how to enhance their skills and knowledge, rather than evaluate or grade their work. This type of feedback is often timely, specific, and constructive.
It gives specific examples of ways the author can improve the paper. :) -Apex-
Positive feedback.
An instructor LOA, or Leave of Absence, is a period of time during which an instructor is granted leave from their teaching duties. This could be due to personal reasons, health issues, or other circumstances that require the instructor to be away from their teaching responsibilities for a period of time. During an instructor LOA, arrangements are made for covering the instructor's classes and responsibilities while they are away.
FF in evaluation can stand for "Funder Feedback," which refers to feedback or input provided by a funding organization or donor. It can also stand for "Formative Feedback," which is input given during the course of a project to inform and improve its progress and outcomes.
