It kind of depends on what you mean. If it's (10^10)^100, then that's 10^1000 [1, followed by 1000 zeros], but if you mean 10^(10^100):

10^100= [1 followed by 100 zeros, also known as a googol]

10^(googol)=1 followed by a googol zeroes, also known as a googolplex.

10^a= 1 followed by a number of zeroes that equals "a"...hence 10^3 is 1000, and 10^4 is 10000.
