13x1=13 13x2=26...etc
13...13x1.
There is no multiplication of whole numbers that equals 13.
As 13 is a prime number only itself and 1 are multiple. 13x1=13 and 13+1=14.
The only number is 13 X 1 or 1 X 13... If your trying to get an equation to equal 13 you have to add up to get to 13.Example- 9+4x1= 13

No, because the only way to get 13 and 39 by only multiplying is to do 13x1 and 39x1.

I don't recall doing well in algebra, but I do know that 3.25 x 4 equals 13. Hope that helps, Harrrie
13 = 13 is a prime number 52 = 2 x 2 x 13
If you mean 12x104=13x1 that is called an arithmetic error. Perhaps you mean an algebraic equation for x, such as 12x + 4 = 13x +1, so subtract 12x from both sides, and then subtract 1 from both sides and you get 3=x
