I am not totally sure as I do not know if there are any parenthesis in your question, which would completely change it, but based on what you said: 3^2 = 9, 2 x 7 = 14, 14 + 9 = 23, 14 - 23 = -9 is your answer. To solve equations like this you merely use PEMDAS (parenthesis, exponent, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction) which is the order of operation in which you do the problem.
Six times 5^2 minus 5 times 4 plus 8 is equal to 138.
6 and 14? Is that plus or minus or times or divided by or separate or what?
50 * 5 = 250
No.
simplified it would equal: 24x to the third power - x to the second power - x to the sixth power - 34
-2 times -2 = plus 4 since minus times minus is plus
31
Six times 5^2 minus 5 times 4 plus 8 is equal to 138.
6 and 14? Is that plus or minus or times or divided by or separate or what?
10^2 minus 4 times 8 divided by 8 plus 9 is equal to 105.
50 * 5 = 250
7*6 + 22 - 32 = 42 + 4 - 9 = 37
It is a polynomial expression in x. What about it?
115 - 102 + (3 x 5) = 30
No.
simplified it would equal: 24x to the third power - x to the second power - x to the sixth power - 34
+ times a + = a plus- times a + = a minus- times a - = a plus+ times a - = a minus
