What does the ping 19216801 l1000 n 100 command do?
Simply, it will "ping" (send data and request a response) the
device on the local network at the IP address 192.168.0.1 (usually
that address will be held by a router) 100 times, each time with a
packet of 1,000 bytes.
That said, I can't think of any reason I'd use that particular
set of parameters in a ping command. But, it'll do what you told it
to do.
