10 over 1, ie 10
1/10 or 0.1
10/1 = 10. Any number divided by (over) 1 is itself.
1 over 10 of 2000 = 2000/10 = 200
1/10 = 10/100. 10/100 + 1/100 = 11/100

1/5 - 1/10 = 2/10 - 1/10 = (2 - 1)/10 = 1/10
