Oh, dude, that's a fun one! So, a 223-sided shape is called a "dihectogon." Yeah, I know, it sounds like something out of a sci-fi movie, right? But hey, math can be pretty cool sometimes, like a secret club where shapes have fancy names.

Well, darling, a 223-sided shape is called a "icosikaitrigon" or a "trihectatetracontakaitrigon." But let's be real, who's actually gonna use those fancy names in everyday conversation? Just call it a 223-gon and keep it simple, honey.

If you wish to communicate information, I suggest you call it an 223-gon. Although there is a prefix for 223 (pentaconta-) I suggest you keep it simple. Not only is the use of long Greek prefices pretentious, you will only annoy the reader who will probably have to consult a dictionary. Having said that, if you do want to be pretentious or obfuscate, you can use the link below for polygons with up to 999 sides. http://faculty.kutztown.edu/schaeffe/Tutorials/General/Polygons.html
