Doesn't work like that. Percentages are usually used to compare one number to another, so it gets a bit strange if you only have one and nothing to compare it with. 36 out of 100 would be 36%, 36 out of 72 would be 50%. 36 out of 36 is 100%, 36 out of 18 is 200% etc
