So you simply need to multiply your fraction to get the denominator (20) to be 100.

You can do this by multiplying by five:

3 x 5 = 15 20 x 5 = 100

This give you 15/100 which is equal to 15%

Another way is my typing the fraction into a calculator and then multiplying by 100.
