Formula for surface of sphere is 4 X pi X radius squared.4 x 4squared = 64 pie = 201.0622498so your answer is64 pie or 201.0622498(Either would work)
I think this means (x+7)squared + (y-5)squared =4squared, which represents a circle centred at -7,+5

the perimeter is how long the surrounding of the shape is for example if a side of a square is 1 and there are 4 sides the perimeter would be 4 4x1=4 the area is how much space a shape takes up so if the sides of a square are 2 the area would be 4squared 2x2=4 formulas for a square A=BxH P=length of sides added up
