Its 58%. Whenever you have a number and you want to convert (change) it to a percent, you just have to add the percent sign on the right of the number. If the number is a fraction, (Ex - 2/5) then you multiply the bottom number called 'denominator' until it reaches 100 but you will have to multiply the top number as well which is called the 'nominator' The nominator and denominator both are multiplied by the same number (Ex - 2/5 would become 40/100 because 5 is multiplied by 20 so it can become 100, and 2 is multiplied by 20 as well so it becomes 40). If you need to convert a decimal to a percentage, then it should be easy. First, you need a number (Ex - 0.025). Second, if the number has a unit (1.2345) in it, then you will put that unit as your 100% and then add the decimals to the percentage. Third, if the number has more decimals than the three numbers 1,0,0(100%), then you might have to increase the numbers (Ex - 100 percent becomes 1000 percent or higher), therefore, 0.025 becomes either a fractioned percent or a normal percent (the one you might be looking for). The fractioned percent is 2 1/2%, and the normal percent is 25% because if it was higher than 100%, then you would write something like 125% or 150% which would still result in a higher percentage, therefore if it has three digits (numbers) but it increases more than 100, then the number will be graded from a scale of 1 to 1000 (or more, depending on the digits).
