I'm assuming that since you say the dextrose is being "dissolved" you mean that it's original form is a solid....so you would still only have a volume of 600mls because volume measures liquid quantity. if the dextrose is in liquid form then your final volume would be 1100mls since your adding 500mls of one liquid to 600mls of another liquid. (500 plus 600 is 1100)
