I'll use a clock as an example.
Lets say you are standing on top of a clock which is painted on the floor, if you were to start by facing the 12:00 position and then turn towards the 3:00 position, you just turned 90 degrees.
If you start by facing 12:00 and then turn and face 6:00, you just turned 180 degrees.
If you were to stand and spin in a full circle, you turned 360 degrees.
A 90 degree intersection would be like making a basic right-hand turn.
Perpendicular intersection is like a 90 degree angle so anything that crosses and forms a 90 degree angle
A Vertex is the point of intersection, and a Perpendicular Vertex is a vertex with all 90 degree angles, to be specific.
A right triangle has a 90 degree angle in it. This is not to be confused with a wrong triangle, which has two 90 degree angles.

A 90 degree rotation is a quarter of a turn.

Perpendicular lines.
the middle of two line segments crossed (should make four 90 degree angles.
line
A right angle.
the 90 degree angle between two perpendicular lines; if your wondering what perpendicular lines are they are lines that cross each other at an intersection.
It already is. If you extend the vertical and horizontal lines out farther, you'll see that it forms an intersection that is perpendicular. Forming four 90 degree angles.
They are equal opposite vertical angles and if the lines are perpendicular to each other then 90 degree angles are formed.

Oddly enough it is called the four corners, it is the intersection of Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Arizona.
An intersection.
