Ninety-three is already a whole number so it doesn't need to be rounded. If it had a decimal (ex. 93.739) it would be rounded up to the hundredths place. (93.74) If the number after the decimal is 93.112 then it would be rounded down to 93.11. You can also write 93 like this: 93.00 but it means the same thing as 93.
