For easier use, mathematicians usually use the number of sides and add -gon to the end of it. In other words, a 175-sided figure would be called a 175-gon for casual use.
When using traditional Greek terminology (such as hexagonfor a six-sided figure), a 175-sided figure would be called a hectakaiheptacontapentagon.
