It's pretty simple the only ingredients you need are iodized salt, sodium asitate. You make the sodium acitate (vinegar and baking soda) and make a small amount maybe about 2 fl oz, then you freeze it for ten minutes, add the iodized salt and add iodized slate stir well put it in a suacepan stir al ot. Then put it in a bowl and wait for 15 minutes then when its ready stick your hand in and TADA water marbles
