There is no "special" load for any particular cartridge.
There is a "special" load for a particular pistol or rifle.
It's related to the barrel length and the oscillations that occur within it. To find the "special" load you need to reload a number of different "loads" and find out which one "works" best with your gun. This is known as the "sweet" load.
You can also alter the distance from the ogive to further enhance the accuracy of a round.
If you are serious, once you have found the "best" combination, ensuring you reload with the same powder, same cases, same bullets, same everything, then if you miss - it's YOU not the gun or ammunition.
Yes. 180
44 + 44 + 4 - 44 = 48
Seven inches.
kilograms.
2 percent of 44 = 0.88 2% of 44 = 2% * 44 = 2%/100% * 44 = 0.02 * 44 = 0.88
I can load my charter arms bulldog pug 5 round .44 special revolver in 6 seconds without a speed loader.
No. The 44 Magnum cartridge is too long to fit a .44 Special firearm- and it is loaded much hotter than the .44 Special- unsafe to attempt. .44 Special CAN be safely fired from a .44 Magnum firearm, but not vice versa.
Yes. The 44 magnum can fire 44 special ammo in the same way a .357 magnum can use .38 Special.
Yes. The 44 special is a bit shorter than the 44 magnum, so it will fit in the cylinder of the 44 mag. The reverse won't work, however. A 44 mag cannot be fired in a revolver chambered for the 44 special because the 44 mag is too long and won't fit in the cylinder of the 44 special.
44 magnum and 44 special.
NO. 44mag is much larger than the 44spec. You can however fire 44 special in 44mag.
None of my references show a .44 Special Blackhawk- 44 Magnum yes, 44 Special, no. The .44 Magnum Blackhawk is about $450-550, depending on condition. The FLATOP version is worth significantly more.
44 special and 44 magnum only
Both are the same diameter but the case for the.44 Special. is 1.160 inches long while the .44 mag. case is 1.285 inches long. so, the shorter .44 Special will fit into the .44 mag chamber but not the other way around. It is exactly the same as with the .357 mag. and the .38 Special
If the Anaconda is a .44 Magnum, yes, you can shoot .44 Special in it all day. Also .44 S&W American and .44 Russian if you are of a mind.
44 Special
.44 Special is the correct ammunition.
