If this is the NZXT Source 210 Elite (or a similarly-equipped) case, then you can have a couple of fans in there that could be wearing out. One is the 120mm (aka 12cm) fan on the rear and the other is the 140mm (14cm) fan on the top. The simple solution is to replace the appropriate fan as they are quite inexpensive. For the 140mm fan, take a look at https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835352007&ignorebbr=1as a good replacementFor the 120mm fan, have a look at the above fan's cousin: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835352006&ignorebbr=1Both receive high marks on the site, so I would expect that your experience would be similar.I hope this helps.
