Easy as pie... Get it? Sorry math joke. C = 2pi *r = pi * d , so... We know C = 13.5 , plug in the value for C in the equation to get 13.5 = pi * d , divide both sides by pi to get d = 13.5/pi. I don't have a calculator with me. Pi = 3.14
