There is no comparison: they are different in almost every way.

10 bar is a measure of pressure while a kilogram is a measure of mass. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid without some addition information.

A bar is an Imperial measure whereas a kilogram is an SI measure.
