Typfast is an abbreviation expander with a difference. It comes with a built-in database of over 25,000 abbreviations for commonly-used words and phrases. Since nearly all the abbreviations are the first few letters of the full word or phrase, you don't have learn any of them and they are easy to anticipate. You just start typing in the word you want (in any Windows word processor or editor), then when you see the full word you want in the display panel you just press the space bar (or the punctuation mark you want). TypFast completes the word for you and adds the space (or punctuation mark) so you are ready to start on the next word. That's the basic mechanism, but there are many other cool features, too, to help you breeze through your typing with a lot less effort and strain on your hands than you used to have!
